Prior to this role, she spent 15 years in business consulting in the United States, guiding global financial institutions through strategic business transformations, enhancing risk management frameworks, and supporting regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n Goritsa holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from Saint Peter\u2019s University, New Jersey, USA.
