Aristodimos Antonopoulos is the Senior Process Manager for Order to Cash at Heineken Global Shared Services in Kraków, Poland, overseeing OTC operations for the 26 European operating companies. He leads a team of 300 FTEs, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to drive sustainable process improvements and enhance overall performance.
Having joined Heineken in 2012 and prior to moving to Kraków, Aristodimos served as Credit Control Manager at Athenian Brewery SA. He has experience across various industries, including FMCGs, Pharmaceuticals, and Financial Services.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Wales, Bangor, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge.
