ICAP CRIF, through the Business Award Institution “True Leaders”, rewards the Companies and Groups that have managed to stand out in Greece, based on objective criteria sourced via published data.
ICAP CRIF Ratings (subsidiary of ICAP CRIF), is the only company in Greece that has been:
– Certified as a Credit Rating Agency (Credit Rating Agency – CRA) , by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) as well as,
– Recognized as an External Credit Assessment Institution (ECAI) by the Bank of Greece,
launched the “True Leaders” institution, in 2011.
Criteria for True Leaders Awards*:
• To be included in the 500 Companies or 200 Groups* with the highest profitability (EBITDA), for 2023*.
• To stand among the 500 Companies or 150 Groups with the largest number of staff and to have increased their staff, from 2022* to 2023*.
• To be ranked among the top positions in their Industry.
• To be evaluated with a high ICAP CRIF Credit Score.
The Institution has expanded to Bulgaria and Romania, offering highly prestigious recognition to the Companies and/or Groups that emerge as Champions of the local Entrepreneurship.

The Awards ceremony, highlighting the True Leaders for 2023, took place on Thursday, December 19th, at the Grand Hyatt Athens hotel, as a celebration of healthy Entrepreneurship. The presentation made by the renowned journalist Anthi Salagoudi.
