Resilience and Adaptability in Crisis Management
How can we manage uncertainty, anxiety, and obstacles that we encounter on our journey without losing our ability to make decisions, bounce back, adapt to changes, solve problems, and become agents of positive change? In this seminar, using tools such as self-awareness, effective communication, and self-leadership, participants will cultivate resilience and adaptability. They will also learn to build supportive communities so they can effectively manage any unexpected personal or broader crisis that disrupts their work routine or any preconceived plan.
Through small theory modules, plenary whole-group discussion, and activities in smaller groups, we will explore:
– The concepts of resilience and adaptability
– The five stages of grief
– Discovering our personal vision
– The importance of “support circles”
– The three levels of adaptation
The training is supported by the organization ‘Women on Top’ and it’s conducted by Stella Kasdagli
It is addressed to employees, self-employed people, and people who are looking for a job, regardless of their age, experience, or hierarchical level.
A Certificate of Attendance is provided.
