No Data Transmission
Any natural or legal person, who does not wish the financial behavior data kept in the database of ICAP CRIF SOCIETE ANONYME and concerning the natural or legal person to be transmitted to the credit-financial institutions and businesses that request information in the context of a credit check may request for this data not to be transmitted by completing the relevant form.
The relevant form can be submitted in person or by post, duly signed (by a legal representative of the company for legal entities) at the address: 2 Eleftheriou Venizelou Avenue, Kallithea, PC 17676, Athens, ICAP CRIF SA on “Non-transmission of data of Legal Entities”. The authenticity of the signature must be certified by a competent public authority.
