C\u0103lin Rangu<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n C\u0103lin Rangu is a director of the Guarantee Fund of the Policyholders in Romania, an expert in digital economy registered in the REXCD national register, a doctor in applied neural networks in the processing of financial series, a double degree in engineering and economics, a graduate of postgraduate studies, an MBA graduate of City University of Seattle – USA, university lecturer and former dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economic Sciences of Danubius University in Galati, co-founder of CIO Council Romania and FINPROTEXT\/consumer protection association. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial-banking field, in the field of IT systems management, of which over 17 years of strategic and operational management in private companies and financial authorities. He was President of the Institute of Financial Studies, Vice-President of the InsurTech Committee of the European Authority for Insurance and Occupational Pensions, Member of the European Financial Innovation Forum at the EU level.
