Professional experiences
After graduating and following 6 months’ experience within the Finance Area of an Italian retailer, I joined Accenture in 2000. I spent 14 years with Accenture Management Consulting, where I became a manager in 2006 and senior manager in 2010 within the Management Consulting practice, and I was also involved in the launch and development of the “Finance & Risk” and “Credit Services” practices.

In 2014, I obtained my first Executive Master’s in Business Strategy. In 2015, I joined CRIF as Director of Management Consulting for the Italian and international direct markets and in January 2017, I became Executive Director of Management Consulting and Solutions for the EMEA region. In 2018, as part of the evolution of the company into a FINTECH and Digital Solutions provider, I took on the responsibility for Transformation Services, the Worldwide Competence Center aimed at migrating and capitalizing on all management consulting and professional solutions and expertise to support the transformation of the company into a FINTECH. In June 2019, I gained an Executive MBA (EMBA) with distinction from the Catholic University in Milan, with my final thesis on the evolution of information providers into FINTECHs, Market Makers, and Digital Solutions Providers.

In January 2021, I became a member of the Board of Directors of Foolfarm, a Startup Studio focused on the launch of startups and open innovation services within the area of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain.
