Serko Kougioumtzian has over 35 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development. He joined the ICAP Group in 1988, holding key positions in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. He led the implementation of corporate strategies for Credit Risk Management Services and Marketing Solutions in Greece and Cyprus, achieving the successful establishment and expansion of the sales organization throughout Greece, capturing a leading market position with a share exceeding 80%. He developed and maintained strategic partnerships with international clients and played a key role in business development in the region, including Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Cyprus. He was actively involved in establishing and maintaining partnerships with Dun & Bradstreet, Kompass, Facebook, and Google. Serko holds an MBA in Management from Kingston University in the United Kingdom and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, Greece. He has participated in and attended numerous international conferences and seminars.
