Florin Tataru

Florin Tataru is the Director of Human Resources of the PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG Group in Romania (Help Net Farma; Farmexim; El Pharma). He has 20 years of experience in human resources management, during which time he has worked as a human resources manager in companies in various industries: pharma, telecom, FMCG, production and energy. He has led complex organizational change projects in companies with over 3,000 people, managed budgets of over 100 million euros and led teams of over 50 people. Being exposed to a full range of human resources activities in several industries, his expertise covers both periods of high growth and efficiency projects. Florin is a graduate of the Executive MBA program run by ASEBUSS & Kennesaw Kennesaw State University and has a Master’s degree in Organizational and Economic Psychology from the University of Bucharest. He also completed his coaching certification program at the school founded by Sir John Whitmore – Performance Performance Consultants International, London.
