Alecsandra has been coordinating the factoring activity of UniCredit Bank (Romania) for over 15 years. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Romanian Factoring Association since its establishment, in 2011. One of the longest-serving specialists in trade receivables and payables management solutions on the Romanian market, Alecsandra has contributed decisively to the structuring of some of the most complex solutions implemented locally and has had numerous interventions in local and international press and events. Last but not least, Alecsandra has structured and delivered specialized trainings on topics such as the particularities of factoring and supply chain financing solutions, fraud prevention, risk management and operational efficiency, within sessions organized by Factors Chain International, EBRD and BCR Publishing.
