Cerasela is Country Leader for IBM Romania and Moldova since November 2022 and Member of Board of Directors of AmCham Romania. With 20 years of experience in IT Sector she had multiple roles of sales and leadership, with both local and international coverage, being experienced in coordinating large teams.

Cerasela graduated an Executive Master in Business Administration with ASEBUSS and Kennesaw State University, studied at London Business School and is acknowledged as IBM Certified Senior Manager.

Cerasela is passionate about building an organization based on trust, responsibility and equity. She is willing to drive projects that digitally transform companies and make them more agile, efficient and competitive. She is a strong team player and believes in collaboration for success.
