Mihai, a 1997 graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Finance-Banking section, University of Craiova and also a DESS Finance Master at L’IAE, Universite des Sciences Sociales Toulouse I, is the Director of the Compliance Department of Garanti BBVA Romania, having over 21 years of experience in the banking system (BRD, BNR, Alpha Bank, Garanti BBVA), being among others, starting from 2008, the coordinator of the Internal Control and Anti-Fraud Department and of the Compliance Department within Alpha Bank, since May 2019 holding the position of Director of the Compliance Department within Garanti BBVA.
