Adrian Secolof is serving as Head of FP&A Europe, Middle East and Africa region at Nufarm, a global and leading developer and manufacturer of seeds and crop protection solutions. Before Nufarm, Adrian was Chief Financial Officer for Adama Agricultural Solutions Romania and Moldova, a leading manufacturer and distributor crop protection products including herbicides, insecticide and fungicides, where he was shareholders representative, administrator and managed the company’s finances, human resources activity, IT and Legal.

Adrian is a business coach with strong business background in a wide array of industries experience, Heavy Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Advertising, Publishing & Media, Direct Marketing and Chemicals. Adrian is a proven business partner for the board focused on business development by increasing revenue and profitability.

Prior to Adama, Adrian served as a CFO for Reader’s Digest Romania and Bulgaria, a global media and direct marketing company. He played a key role in launching two successfully business branches in Romania and Bulgaria. He built his professional skills with Orange Company, the leading mobile operator and Kvaerner Romania Engineering and Construction Company.

Adrian has strong experience with business coaching, financial consulting, designing the processes in the organization, new business opportunities assessment and leading diverse culturally teams. He believes the best way to predict your future is to start the work and create it.

Outside of work, Adrian is busy spending his time with his three wonderful boys and amazing wife, skiing, jogging or reading.
