Carmen Mihaela Bulău is Chief Financial Officer at Agir Global Romania, a member of the Agir Haddecilik Group. With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, she has developed a solid expertise in risk management, with a focus on credit risk and treasury operations.

As a certified trainer since 2017, he has coordinated numerous training sessions for financial-accounting specialists, in partnership with Icap Crif and Link Academy.

Since 2022, she has also contributed to academic research, pursuing a PhD program at the University “Valahia” of Târgoviște (UVT), where he explores new perspectives and best practices in financial risk management and accounting, thus contributing to the theoretical and practical development of the financial-accounting field.
