Daniela Maior
Co-founder and President of the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR)

Daniela Maior is a professional with over 17 years of experience in capital markets, specializing in Investor Relations, corporate governance, and the development of financial ecosystems. Her career began on the trading floor, where she discovered her passion for connecting companies with investors and for the mechanisms that drive valuation and liquidity in capital markets.

She is the Co-founder and President of the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR), an organization that, in less than five years, has brought together companies representing over 90% of the Bucharest Stock Exchange’s market capitalization, contributing to increased transparency and higher corporate governance standards in Romania.

Daniela was selected by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to lead the first Investor Relations and Liquidity Program implemented in Romania, a benchmark initiative at a global level. Throughout her career, she has worked with companies undergoing IPO or post-listing processes, helping them increase their market value by hundreds of millions of euros through world-class IR practices.

She holds a PhD in Finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and is actively involved in financial and entrepreneurial education, supporting women in business and mentoring young professionals who aim to build a strong career in the financial sector.
