She has over 25 years of experience in financing (banking and leasing), starting in sales and later moving into management roles, holding positions such as Relationship Manager, Bank Branch Director, Corporate Banking Director, and Leasing Sales Director.

She took on the role of CEO of Libra IFN from the very beginning, during its startup phase, and is currently also a member of the Board of Directors.

Since 2024, she has been Vice President of the Romanian Financial Analysts Association (AAFBR), actively contributing to its development as well as to financial education initiatives.

At the same time, starting in 2025, she joined the training company Sfera Business & Consulting, delivering financial management training programs specifically designed for entrepreneurs across various industries.

She holds a degree in Economic Management, completed a Romanian-Canadian MBA program in 2009, and in 2024 obtained certification through the “Board Member and Directorships” program delivered by Henley Business School, University of Reading (UK), in collaboration with Envisia Boards of Elite.
