Laura Mihai is a corporate finance and governance strategist with over 20 years of experience in the Romanian banking sector, where she held leadership roles within institutions such as RoBank, OTP Bank, and CEC Bank.

Throughout her career, she has structured and led complex financing solutions for entrepreneurial companies and investment projects, building strong expertise in corporate finance, project finance, syndicated lending, and factoring. She is recognized for her ability to bridge the gap between financial institutions and the entrepreneurial environment, enabling access to sustainable and efficient funding solutions.

In 2025, she founded TrustWin Advisory, a consulting firm dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and growing businesses. Through her work, she advises on financing structures, process optimization, corporate governance implementation, and organizational transitions. Her approach is integrated and partnership-driven, focused on developing tailored strategies aligned with each company’s specific needs.

Beyond her financial expertise, Laura actively promotes the adoption of corporate governance principles within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, viewing them as essential to long-term resilience and sustainable growth.

She holds a degree in Industrial Management from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (ASE), as well as an MBA in Management from the same institution. She has completed specialized training in IFRS and professional programs delivered by institutions such as EY, MasterCard, and the Romanian Banking Institute. She also holds both the Certificate and Diploma in Board Practice and Directorship from Henley Business School.
