Vasilis Tsaitas
Group Chief Financial Officer

He is a graduate of the School of Business Administration at the University of Piraeus and holds an MBA from INSEAD, as well as the title of Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), with over 20 years of experience in finance and strategy, particularly in the energy sector.
He began his career at Shell Hellas, where he served as Financial Controller. Subsequently, he worked at HSBC Investment Banking in London, focusing on M&A advisory services for European companies in the Oil & Gas and utilities sectors. He also has professional experience in the development and financing of renewable energy (RES) projects.
He joined the HELLENIC PETROLEUM Group in 2011, where he was responsible for Investor Relations and relations with international capital markets.
Since 2022, he has held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO).
