Ioana Voinescu has over 20 years of experience in corporate banking, with expertise across sectors such as infrastructure, construction and transport. She currently leads the bank’s ESG strategy, coordinating a team focused on integrating climate risks into credit analysis and portfolio scenarios, developing sustainable finance solutions, and delivering sustainability reporting. Her work places a strong emphasis on supporting decarbonization in high‑emitting industries. Beyond the environmental agenda, she is actively involved in the social dimension of sustainability, working closely with HR and senior management to embed ESG principles into organizational culture, talent development programs and external partnerships in education.
