Nikitas Konstantellos
President & Director General, ICAP CRIF

Nikitas is the Chairman and CEO of ICAP CRIF, the largest credit reference, business intelligence, and consulting group in Southeast Europe, with operations in Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, and Cyprus. He joined ICAP in 2007 as CEO, and until the end of 2021, when ICAP S.A. was acquired by CRIF, he led the ICAP Group through an accelerated growth process, successfully growing the company more than fourfold, reaching 1,200 employees, €94 million in revenue, and an EBITDA of €10.8 million.
Prior to joining the ICAP Group, he served as Managing Partner of the Business Advisory practice at KPMG (16 years), Senior Consultant at Hay Group (3 years), HR Manager at an investment bank (3 years), and Purchasing Officer at Papastratos–Philip Morris (2 years).
He is a graduate of the School of Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business and holds an MBA in Management and Human Resources from Loyola University, USA. He also holds a diploma in Training and Development from Thames Valley University and the Institute of Personnel & Development, UK.
He is an Honorary Member of ACEO—the Hellenic Association of Chief Executive Officers, an organization of which he served as President for 6 years, until March 2018.

He is also a member of the SEV General Council and the Presidents’ Club.
