Senior Risk Advisor, Capital Management in EIB HQ

Francesco joined the Capital Management division of the European Investment Bank in 2018 where he is leading the design, development and implementation of the Bank’s risk appetite framework. Prior to that, Francesco spent more than 10 years in London working for UBS and Credit Suisse investment bank divisions as a senior director managing teams in the quantitative and regulatory area as Head of Portfolio Risk Analytics and Risk Appetite, ICAAP and Executive reporting. Currently based in Luxembourg, Francesco is a keen tennis player when his three hyperactive kids allow him some free time.
