Borislav Matakiev is Deputy CEO and member of the Management Board of OTP Leasing, the leading leasing company on the Bulgarian market. He is also Executive Officer of DSK Leasing JSC a subsidiary of OTP Group.

Borislav is an accomplished executive professional with more than 15 years of experience in the banking & leasing industry. His background is in the field of Strategic Management with an MBA degree from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Borislav started his career in accounting services in 2003 and then moved to the finance field in 2008, joining the Financial Control of Société Générale Leasing entity in Bulgaria. In 2011 he took the lead over the Finance Department and later became CFO of the Leasing and Factoring businesses in 2014. He also managed and headed the Specialized financial services including all the administrational support functions for Leasing and Factoring of Société Générale in Bulgaria. In 2019 with the merger of DSK Bank and Société Générale Expressbank including all its entities, Borislav was appointed as Deputy CEO of the newly set OTP Leasing.
