Daniela Bobeva

Daniela Bobeva is a professor of international economics at the Institute for Economic Research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Lecturer in international economics at five universities. Her professional experience is mostly in the banking and financial sector. She served for twelve years as Director at the Bulgarian National Bank. She was vice president of the Black Sea Bank for Trade and Development, a multilateral development bank. Professor Bobeva also is consultant to the OECD, Paris and the World Bank. In 1997, she was Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic and in 2013 she became Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Development. She has over 140 scientific publications in international economy, macroeconomic and European studies.
