Professional Experience

17 years of professional experience in the Management Consulting Area of CRIF Global Transformation Services with experiences of consulting projects in over 15 countries around the world across Europe, Asia, Africa and America.

I specialized in Credit Process Re-engineering and Optimization end-to-end from Onboarding through Origination to Customer Management and Debt Collection, focusing both on Private Individuals and on Small Business and SMEs segments.

My main field of work has always been related to Credit Risk Management, supporting different type of clients from leading multinational Tier-1 banking institutions, to medium and smaller banks, from auto-lenders to specialized mortgage lenders to consumer finance banks, from MFIs to Debt Collection Agencies, including also Telcos and Utilities.
