Valentin Savov is a Bulgarian lawyer with more than 19 years of legal experience gained in leading law firms in Bulgaria, Japan and the Netherlands. Valentin Savov is founder and partner at Savov & Partners law firm – a leading corporate law firm.

Since 2014 Valentin is the Chairman of the Bulgarian branch of the International Fiscal Association and since 2022 vice-chair of the Supervisory Board of the International Fiscal Association, The Netherlands (www.ifa.nl).

Valentin is an arbitration judge at the Arbitration Courts of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Valentin gives lectures on tax law at the International Business School Master program and is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences and regularly contributes to Leiden University publications as well as other international publications. Valentin holds a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University in Bulgaria and a Master’s degree in International Tax Law from Leiden University, the Netherlands.
