Goritsa Marova

Goritsa Marova is the Head of Sustainable Development and ESG Risk Management at DSK Bank, dedicated to steering the bank’s responsible financial practices and creating sustainable, long-term value. Prior to this role, she spent 15 years in business consulting in the United States, guiding global financial institutions through strategic business transformations, enhancing risk management frameworks, and supporting regulatory compliance.

Goritsa holds a degree in Economics and Accounting from Saint Peter’s University, New Jersey, USA. She is also a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and holds Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Sustainability and Climate Risk certifications.
