Margita Kolcheva, ESG Senior Advisor at Yettel, joined the Sustainability team of the company more than a year ago. She has been one of the main driving forces in the establishment process of the telecom’s 2028 Sustainability Strategy, which includes 12 SMART targets in 4 key areas. Kolcheva works actively in the ESG field, focusing on how the topic can be implemented in the day-to-day operations of the company. At the same time, she dedicates efforts in the development of sustainability engagement programs for all Yettel employees.

Her previous experience was in the field of continuous improvement within the organizations, including leading trainings on the topic and serving as project manager for key initiatives. She is also interested in the topic of diversity and inclusion and has been among the ambassadors of the topic inside the companies, where she has been employed.
